Overview

Orders will be processed on shipped in 1-3 business days. Please note: Weekends, holidays, weather, or unforeseen events may cause a delay in posted times.

Shipping and Handling Rates:

$10.50 flat fee for up to 4 items, shipped USPS

$14.50 flat fee for up to 4 items weighing more than one pound or oversized items

Special Requests:

2 day Shipping $30.00 + Actual Shipping Cost

Overnight Shipping $30.00 + Actual Shipping Cost

Delivery Confirmation or Signature $15.00

Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once an item is shipped, only partial refunds are granted should you qualify. To be eligible, please email contact@cbdiemorganics.com to discuss your specific concerns.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us with your concern, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@cbdiemorganics.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or The gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a
refund to the gift giver.
